About the Program

It’s one thing to cover the basics on risk. It’s another entirely to create a risk culture in an organization and make it stick. Carl Pritchard comes back to PMI Washington DC with his inimitable combination of insight, humor and tools. Carl drives home the importance of setting up the basics and moving forward with tolerances, thresholds and triggers that ensure those around us share the same level of concern and similar reactions at the appropriate times. You’ll get a chance to be part of a Monte Carlo simulation and will work together with your peers to build a functional risk model as a component of the course.
