One of the key research findings for "Transformational Thinking For New Business Era 2011" is that the highest ranked leadership development priority for HR was developing leaders capable of 'Managing, motivating and integrating a multi-generational workforce' (58%). Professionals and Senior Executives can be part of the solution by learning how to navigate, manage, and communicate across generations at work. Look around! You can't help but notice people of all ages working side-by-side in most organizations. That may be old news, but did you realize that for the first time in history all four generations are working together: Traditionalists, Baby Boomers ( Baby Voomers TM - come and will explain later) Generation X and Millennial? How is that working for you and your co-workers at the job? The one-size-fits-all style of communication, leadership styles, motivation and retention is not going to cut it. If you are open to experiencing how you can be part of the solution then this workshop is for you. Here is what you will learn:
  • How to increase corporate and organizational retention as well as promote innovation by experiencing the gifts and differences that each generation brings to the workplace
  • Build on the strengths that different perspectives bring to your organization.
  • Identify and embrace the attitudes, values and expectations of the four generations-Traditionalists, Baby Boomer (Baby Voomer TM), Generation X and the Millennial
