About the Presentation
One of the many challenges a project manager faces are dealing with personnel that are not direct reports (matrixed), but are essential to the success of the project. Along with managing the project cost, schedule, customer expectations, the project manager has to interact with Finance, Contracts, Human Resources and sometimes Subcontracts. These support organizations provide support to multiple programs/projects and many times have conflicting priorities. Come find out some helpful tips that could help you overcome some challenges that you may face as a program/project manager.

Formerly known as the McPherson Square luncheons, this program series is made possible by the generous support of RTKL Associates, a full-service planning, architecture and creative services organization based in Washington Circle.
Washington Circle luncheons are free and open to the public, but pre-registration and Photo ID are required for all programs.
