About the Program
Project management professionals face many challenges when it comes to leading projects of all sizes—not the least of which is managing the myriad stakeholder relationships required to achieve results. The pressure to master the "soft stuff" while simultaneously executing tasks with discipline and ease adds stress to an already demanding role. This is especially true in turbulent times, when the ability to be influential can make the difference between project stalls and project successes.
Based on "The Trusted Advisor," a book that many in professional services consider *the* resource for successful business relationships, Trust and Influence: What Every Successful PM Needs to Know is a practical exploration of how to transform the often-challenging experience of managing stakeholder relationships. Attendees will learn how to boost their personal score on each of the four essential elements of trust and apply specific strategies to be more influential project-wide.
