About the Program

The Leader in the Mirror

Although the fundamentals of leadership have remained the same for eons, demands upon leaders have changed. Economic circumstances will eventually improve, and when they do, people will leave mediocre leaders as quickly as they can. Leaders of successful organizations know keeping their employees challenged, interested, and engaged will not only make their organizations successful today, it will also give them a tremendous advantage in the future by enabling them to retain their best and brightest.

Today’s top leaders also recognize their future success is not solely the result of how well they lead, but how well their employees lead, so they invest their time and energy in helping them succeed. Using stories, analogies, and humor drawn from his extensive experience, Ron shares powerful leadership lessons that have been proven to work across the board -- in for-profit, non-profit, federal, private and academic environments. Apply these techniques and you can become the kind of leader others wish they were.
