About the Program

Making Project Decisions

The success of our lives and of our projects is largely the result of our making good decisions. But, as important as decision making is, we are rarely taught the essentials of this critical skill. This presentation will examine the relative significance of decisions, the differences between binding and non binding decisions, the differences between permanent and non permanent decisions, and the eight bases for making decisions some of which should be avoided in the project management environment.
