About the Speaker

Edmond Joe

Senior Program Manager

Mr. Edmond Joe is a Senior Program Manager for GreenZone Solutions where he serves as a Project Manager at the United Stated Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). At the USPTO, Mr. Joe successfully leads multiple high visibility, high priority IT projects to successful completion. His projects prior to joining GreenZone Solutions include engineering the world's first high powered laser to go into space (STS-64) for NASA, creation of automation software that saves $10 million dollars annually for Verizon and Windows 7 conversion for three Bureaus/Offices within the United States Department of Interior. Mr. Joe has a Master's Degree in Computer Science from the College of William and Mary and a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University

Shannon Griffith

HMS Technologies
Project Manager/Scrum Master

Shannon Griffith is a Project Manager for HMS Technologies where she serves as a Project Manager and as a Scrum Master at the United Stated Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). Her prior projects prior to joining HMS Technologies include health contract implementation, clinical operations management, and customer service process improvement at ValueOptions, Inc. Mrs. Griffith has a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from East Carolina University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from North Carolina State University.
