Many executives working to execute a successful digital transformation are stuck at the tyranny of how. They understand the importance of a successful digital transformation for their organization; however, they don’t really know what that looks like for their organization.
This session outlines real-world digital transformation successes and failures, case studies from actual clients and a live demo of digital transformation in action.
Previous sessions outlined the steps to a successful digital transformation and how to overcome key barriers to digital transformation. This topic is the next session in the series to guide midmarket companies through a successful digital transformation journey..
Conference center can be directly and quickly accessed from the Metro's (Silver Line) Greensboro Station stop.
Parking in garage parking adjoining Greensboro Metro station will be validated at SAIC security desk located outside of main conference facility. Public access to building's cafeteria is available to all attendees. Meals and drinks can be brought into conference room during PMI presentation.

About the Speaker
Phillip Simulis is the founder and CEO of Simtelligent, which provides technology solutions, management and training for clients ranging from non-profits to large corporations. Phillip has more than 13 years of experience designing innovative solutions in health insurance, medical, research and development, federal, financial and commissary industries. He is known as an early adopter who integrates new technology solutions into existing environments and trains teams on how to best use the new technology in their environment.
Phillip’s track record of managing projects while thoroughly understanding the underlying technology has provided opportunities where companies are cutting back resources yet need to deliver solid, scalable solutions in a timely manner. His ability to think outside the box has solved technical challenges when his clients have had no viable options. Phillip currently volunteers with the PMIWDC New Member Welcome Committee and Project Management Day of Service (PMDoS) 2016.

Bring your lunch, or visit the onsite cafeteria. PDU credits are be available for Project Management Professionals (PMPs).
